You can simply start by browsing products and adding them to your cart. Don’t forget to sign-in before placing the order. In case any customizations are required, you can note the order id and share it along with the content for customization at care@khattemeethedesires.com. Make sure that all the shipping details are complete and correct and then you can proceed with the payment.

How can I pay for my order at khattemeethedesires.com?

You can pay for your favorite products by Paytm or PayUmoney payment gateway which allows you to pay by any Master/Visa/RuPay Debit or Credit card or Net Banking.

Category 3: Shipping & Returns

When will my order be shipped?

It usually takes 2 to 3 business days to ship all orders. However, it may vary depending upon the personalization involved and stock availability.

How long will the delivery take?

Orders usually get delivered within 5 to 7 days. However, it may take more time to deliver in rural and isolated locations.

Are there any shipping charges on my order?

Shipping charges are the standard delivery charges, charged by the courier services providers applicable on all products and orders depending upon the location, weight and size of the products ordered.

Can my order get delayed?

Due to some rare and unfavorable conditions, your order might get delayed. In case of limited stock availability, it might take some more time to get the new stock ready, which may delay dispatch and hence delivery. During festive time, due to higher amount of orders, there might be a delay in delivery.

What should I do if there is a problem with the delivered product?

In case you have received a different or damaged item, please write to us at care@khattemeethedesires.com and the item will be replaced by the earliest.

Can I return any personalized products?

No, personalized products cannot be returned

What if I place an order for a personalized product but unable to send the details for customization on the same day?

All orders for personalized products for which the customization details are not sent on the same day, will be dispatched blank, that is without any customizations.

Can you cancel my order?

In case you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at care@khattemeethedesires.com. If the order is not shipped already, we will cancel it for you.

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: used or lit candles, essential oils and personalized products. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

What is your refund policy?

On receiving the product back from you and successfully completing the quality check, we will initiate a refund to you via the same mode with which the payment was received. It may take 2 to 10 days to reflect in your bank account. For COD orders, we will ask for your bank account details and will initiate the payment by via UPI.
