All orders for personalized products for which the customization details are not sent on the same day, will be dispatched blank, that is without any customizations.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: used or lit candles, essential oils and personalized products. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
What is your refund policy?
On receiving the product back from you and successfully completing the quality check, we will initiate a refund to you via the same mode with which the payment was received. It may take 2 to 10 days to reflect in your bank account. For COD orders, we will ask for your bank account details and will initiate the payment by via UPI.
